Please read these terms of use (TOU) before using the Molly website himolly.com (referred here as “we and us”) and the Molly app. By accessing our app and website, you agree with the fair use of Molly. If you disagree with these terms of use, then you must discontinue using Molly.
AGREEMENT
These terms of use constitute the legally binding agreement between you of which you personally or on behalf of an entity (you) and “Molly” regarding your use of Himolly.com and the Molly app.
UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may change or update some or all of the details in these terms. We may post documents and other supplemental materials herein. We reserve the right to make modifications and changes in this (TOU). We will alert you of any changes and updates through the “Last Updated” date of these terms of use.
WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS?
A. Access and Use Restrictions
1. Republish our content Himolly.com and Molly app
2. Alter, cover, distort, any copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights of the website content of Himolly.com and Molly app.
3. Attempt to impersonate another person or user or use another username.
4. Adapt or copy the website's source code including but not limited to Javascript, Flash, HTML, CSS, PHP and other codes.
5. Delete the proprietary or copyright notice from the content.
6. Defraud, trick or mislead other users to learn sensitive information such as passwords and emails.
7. Use our site to compete with us for the purpose of generating revenue.
8. Sell, rent and sub-license content and material from Himolly.com and Molly app.
9. Upload and transmit trojan viruses and trojan horses.
10. Upload and transmit passive collective mechanisms (PCMS) or spyware that can collect info passively or actively, cookies, website bugs and graphics interchange formats(GIFs).
11. Use automated software to send scripts, messages, and comments.
12. Inappropriate use of our customer and technical services by submitting false or misleading reports.
13. Circumvent, restrict, disable any security-related features of Molly, including a function for preventing copying of the website content.
14. Excessive use of spamming and capital letters that interferes or Interrupts any user’senjoyment and use of the site.
15. Alters, disrupts, interferes with the functions, features, maintenance and operation of thewebsite.
16. Use automatic devices or software such as robots and spiders and manual processes to scrape or copy our website content for other purposes without the expressed and written permission of himolly.com. An exception is when such a process or automation is caused by the search engine and internet browser.
17. Harm, disparage or tarnish us and our site.
18. Annoy, harass, threaten or intimidate any of our agents or employees who provide a portion or whole of our services.
19. Use the site inconsistent with applicable local and international laws.
B. User Content Restrictions
You will not submit user contents that:
1. infringe or violate the rights of others who are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, moral right, intellectual property and proprietary right without permission from the owner of the website. You’re responsible for the damage arising from your failure to get permission resulting from the user content you submit.
2. advertise goods, services or solicits funds;
3. contain chain letter of any type;
4. contain advice, formula and instruction that may cause injury or harm;
5. encourage behaviour that may constitute a violation of the law, criminal offence or raise a civil liability.
USER CONTENT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. When you submit and post user content you automatically grant that the owner of such content has granted a fully sublicensable, royalty-free, license to use, perpetual and worldwide right to distribute, publish, transmit, make derivative works (including unlimited translations) publicly display and publicly perform the user content (in part of the whole), in our sole discretion, deemed appropriate. Such appropriate and permitted user content might be connected with our business and the business of our subsidiaries, parents related companies.
2. We have the right but are not obliged to monitor, edit, post, remove, disable and remove access to user contents. Himolly.com may remove user content or end the user’s found persistently infringing the copyrights of others.
CUSTOMER’S DATA PROTECTION

Molly respects the proprietary and intellectual rights of others or third parties and expects the same from its users.
If you’re an owner of user content and found that work’s copyright has been violated, please notify us by submitting a photo, image or file of the copyrighted work through our email and telephone numbers.
GUIDELINES FOR LEAVING REVIEWS
1. You must have an experience of the entity or person being reviewed
2. Your reviews must not contain abusive, hateful, racist and offensive language.
3. Your reviews must not contain prejudice or discriminatory references to age, gender, race, religion, marital status, nationality, disability and sexual orientation.
4. You’ll not post misleading or false reviews.
5. You must not be affiliated with competitors when posting negative reviews.
6. Your reviews must not refer to illegal activities.
We reserve the right to accept, remove or reject reviews at our discretion. We have no obligation to delete or screen reviews, even if anyone considers these reviews inaccurate or objectionable. The reviews don’t necessarily reflect the views or opinions of our partners and affiliates. Reviews don’t represent our endorsement.
We don’t assume liability for claims, liabilities and losses arising from reviews. When you post a review, you grant us an assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and worldwide license and right to display, distribute, modify, reproduce, translate and transmit all contents from reviews.
WHAT ARE THE GOVERNING LAWS?
Applicable laws in a lawsuit pertaining to the contract and terms of use depend on the domicile (country or locality) of the customer. You and Molly consent that local applicable laws have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms of use and contract.

COMMENTS ON BLOGS, EMAILS AND REVIEWS
Users or visitors may comment on blogs, emails and reviews as long as it’s not defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, obscene and violating the proprietary or intellectual rights of third parties.
CORRECTIONS
There could be typographical errors, omissions, pricing inaccuracies and descriptions on these terms of use. We reserve the right to change such errors, omissions, and change or update any info on these terms, without notice.
INDEMNIFICATION
You may compensate or indemnify Molly to the fullest extent of the law for all expenses (including attorney’s fees), demands, damages and liabilities arising by your breach of the terms of use.
TERMINATION
1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership or block your access to our sites if you fail to comply with the terms of use. You agree that we are not liable or responsible to you or another third party for any suspension or termination of your membership.
2. As a registered user, you may end your membership, anytime, by going to our membership and selecting an option.
3. Termination or suspension of your membership or use will not affect your obligation in these terms of use.
